The staff were so kind (Iman was particularly helpful!). I enjoyed the immaculate rooms. The hotel is close to town.

a decidedly average stay
great locational mazar malldry spring rollscup shortage
the location was acceptable, close to al mazar mall.
I must say, the breakfast was far from excellent. Dry spring rolls were prevalent. they also had this bizarre shortage of cups and glasses. Staff washed them on demand. what a scene.

The spa area was not great. It needed some serious work and didn't seem very clean. i'm not sure what i expected, but i wouldn't recommend going there? also, prices at the hotel bars felt very high. i paid 70 dh for juice, but it was a little ridiculous. cocktails were 120 dh. The food was expensive too, around 180 dh per meal. but i mostly ate at local spots.

the staff were really nice too, little gestures like flowers and candies in the room made it so tender. the hotel facilities were super clean and well maintained, especially the pool area was peaceful.
the wifi was a little slow at times.

the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the city center. i used it several times and it was punctual. the ride takes around 20 minutes to the main attractions.

the outdoor pool has heated water and many loungers. the spa offers a hammam and various massage treatments, i booked one and it was really relaxing. there is a gym with treadmills and weights.

the breakfast buffet includes fresh pastries and fruits. the restaurant offers moroccan dishes and international options. i enjoyed a romantic dinner with candlelight and soft music, it was so lovely.

the breakfast buffet was available until 11am.
The hotel bar prices seemed quite high. A glass of juice cost 70 dh and a cosmopolitan was 120 dh. also, the spa area was not clean and was to need maintenance, i would avoid it. a broken coffee cup resulted in a charge of 100 dh. This felt excessive.

The reception staff were very helpful. My room was a really good size and well decorated. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection available until 11am. The staff happily fulfilled our request for an early packed breakfast to leave for a tour!!!
The outdoor swimming pool was nice. the spa area needed maintenance and did not seem clean. I recommend avoiding it.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room for sleeping, fantastic.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section. There is also a dedicated kids' club with scheduled activities throughout the day!!!

The hotel offered a free shuttle service to local attractions, very convenient. The turn-down service left chocolates on the pillows each evening.
